2D floor plans in every package
A clean 2D floor plan of the home drops straight into the MLS photo set, your flyer or your listing website. Essentials (from $349) includes a basic plan that shows the layout without measurements. Signature (from $649) includes a detailed 2D floor plan with room measurements. On its own, a 2D floor plan is $125 up to 3,000 sq ft, $175 for 3,001–5,500 sq ft and $225 for 5,501–7,500 sq ft.
3D tour + floor plan, from $250
An interactive 3D tour that lets buyers move through the home online, plus a 2D floor plan. On its own it's $250 up to 3,000 sq ft, $325 for 3,001–5,500 sq ft and $400 for 5,501–7,500 sq ft. It's especially useful for out-of-town and relocation buyers, who may narrow their list before they ever visit. It's included in the Luxury package (from $1,295).
