Photography built for lake listings
Lake Norman is the largest man-made lake in North Carolina, with more than 500 miles of shoreline, and buyers shopping here want to see the water before they see the kitchen. Every Luma Real Estate Media package includes drone photos, so your listing can show the shoreline, the dock, the cove and how close the home sits to the main channel.
Inside, HDR photography balances bright lake-facing windows with the room, so the view stays visible instead of blowing out to white. That matters in open living and kitchen spaces like the Lake Norman home in our portfolio.
Which package fits a Lake Norman listing?
- Essentials (from $349): HDR listing photos, drone photos and a basic 2D floor plan. A strong fit for interior lots and townhomes.
- Signature (from $649): adds a detailed 2D floor plan with room measurements and a social media reel. The most popular choice for lake-access homes.
- Luxury (from $1,295): adds drone video, a cinematic listing video, a 3D tour + floor plan and 3 virtual twilights. Built for waterfront and high-end listings.
