Waterfront and lake-access listings
Cornelius sits on the southeastern shore of Lake Norman, and many of its listings, from The Peninsula to neighborhoods near Jetton Park, sell on lake lifestyle as much as square footage. Luma Real Estate Media packages all include drone photos, so buyers can see the water, the dock and the neighborhood in the first few images.
Packages
- Essentials (from $349): HDR listing photos, drone photos and a basic 2D floor plan.
- Signature (from $649): adds a detailed 2D floor plan with room measurements and a social media reel. It's our most popular package.
- Luxury (from $1,295): adds drone video, a cinematic listing video, a 3D tour + floor plan and 3 virtual twilights. It's the best value for waterfront homes.
If you only need photos, HDR-only pricing for larger lake homes is $265 (2,001–3,000 sq ft), $305 (3,001–4,000), $355 (4,001–5,500) or $425 (5,501–7,500), with a custom quote above 7,500 sq ft. See every package side by side.
Twilight photos on the lake
Lake homes photograph beautifully at dusk. A real twilight photo session is $295, and virtual twilights, where a daytime exterior is edited to a dusk sky, are $35 per image. Three virtual twilights are already included in the Luxury package.
Getting a lake home ready
Ask the seller to tidy the dock and boat lift, put away floats and pool toys, and open the blinds in every lake-facing room so the view reads from inside. Calm water and a clear sky make the biggest difference outdoors, and if a summer storm rolls in, weather reschedules are always free.
Booking takes about 60 seconds online, Monday through Saturday. Your gallery arrives the next day: preview it watermarked, then pay to unlock the downloads or choose Pay at Close. Any trip fee is based on driving distance from Charlotte and shown at checkout. Explore Lake Norman real estate photography or drone photography for waterfront homes.
