Packages start at $349 (Essentials), $649 (Signature) and $1,295 (Luxury) for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, and scale with home size. For 5,501–7,500 sq ft they're $549, $949 and $1,645. How fast will I get my listing photos?

Photos are delivered the next day. Shoot today, and your edited HDR listing photos are ready to preview and download tomorrow, so the listing can go live without waiting.

What areas do you serve, and is there a trip fee?

Luma Real Estate Media serves Charlotte and its neighborhoods, Lake Norman (Mooresville, Huntersville and Cornelius) and nearby towns including Pineville, Matthews, Mount Holly, Belmont and Harrisburg. Travel is free within 20 driving miles of Charlotte. Properties 21–40 driving miles away have a $35 trip fee, and 41–60 miles is $60. For homes more than 60 miles away, call (828) 244-8674 to book. What's included in each package?

Every package includes HDR listing photos, drone photos and a floor plan.

• Essentials, from $349: HDR photos, drone photos and a basic 2D floor plan (layout only, no measurements).
• Signature, from $649: HDR photos, drone photos, a detailed 2D floor plan with room measurements and a social media reel.
• Luxury, from $1,295: HDR photos, drone photos and video, a cinematic listing video, a social reel, a 3D tour + floor plan and 3 virtual twilights.

Package prices scale with home size, and homes over 7,500 sq ft get a custom quote. Add-ons like twilight shoots and cinematic video are available at checkout.

How do I book a shoot?

Book online in about 60 seconds at the Luma Real Estate Media booking page. Pick a package, choose a time and check out. Shoots are available Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 4 PM. Same-day bookings aren't available, so book at least one day ahead.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Cancellation is free until 48 hours before your shoot. Cancelling within 48 hours costs $100, and rescheduling costs $25. If weather forces a reschedule, it's free.

When and how do I pay?

You pay before you download, not before the shoot. After the shoot, you preview watermarked media, then pay to unlock the full-resolution files. Pay at Close is also available.

Do you offer drone photography?

Yes. Drone photos are included in every package, starting with Essentials (from $349). The Luxury package also includes drone video. Learn more about real estate drone photography in Charlotte.

Do you offer video, 3D tours, floor plans and twilight photos?

Yes. Cinematic listing video is $450 and social media reels are $225. On their own, 2D floor plans are $125 up to 2,000 sq ft, $125 for 2,001–3,000 sq ft, $175 for 3,001–4,000 sq ft, $175 for 4,001–5,500 sq ft and $225 for 5,501–7,500 sq ft, and a 3D tour + floor plan is $250 up to 2,000 sq ft, $250 for 2,001–3,000 sq ft, $325 for 3,001–4,000 sq ft, $325 for 4,001–5,500 sq ft and $400 for 5,501–7,500 sq ft. How should I prepare a home for real estate photos?

Have the home fully show-ready before the shoot starts: every light on, surfaces cleared and cars out of the driveway.

• Turn on all lights and replace burned-out bulbs. Turn ceiling fans and TVs off.
• Open blinds and curtains.
• Clear kitchen and bathroom counters, and put away toiletries, trash cans, pet bowls and personal photos.
• Make the beds and fluff the pillows.
• Move cars, hoses and bins out of view, and close the garage doors.
