Many communities, especially condo buildings and townhome enclaves, are governed by HOAs.
Shooting for buyers who look closely
SouthPark buyers tend to study finishes: cabinetry, stone counters, light fixtures, flooring and hardware. That makes color accuracy non-negotiable. White balance is corrected so white cabinets look white, not blue or yellow, and every line is kept straight. In a condo, the balcony, the view and the building's lobby and amenities (with management's permission) round out the gallery. Townhome enclaves often have private courtyards or small gardens, and those are photographed as outdoor rooms rather than afterthoughts.
